Summary:
Administrative support to assigned Operations/Facility Manager acting as a liaison between Operations Manager and Supervisors.
Monitor assigned programs and/or projects within the Maintenance Department.
Essential Functions:
Data entry of Operations work planning into appropriate databases.
o Research a wide variety of topics for the purpose of providing information for addressing a variety of administrative requirements.
o May coordinate work and assign tasks within department.
o Support Supervisory coverage in the absence of Supervisors All other duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Required:
o Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
o 5
years' experience supervision o Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence, strength in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to use various data entry related tracking programs Preferred:
Ability to work with Epicor ERP system Working knowledge of quality programs/initiatives related to continuous improvement.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Associates Degree from accredited institution.
3-5 years significant prior experience required in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
Adhere to business ethics and conduct with respect to fraud, waste, and abuse.
Meet compliance requirements of Pursuit Aerospace Business Conduct Guidelines as applicable to this position.
Salary:
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $72.
000 - $95,000.
